Low sliding friction type braided packing made with flexible graphite yarn reinforced with stainless steel wire, and treated with liquid lubricant to prevent liquid penetration and with PTFE and fine graphite powder to reduce sliding friction.

This gland packing is for medium-pressure, medium-temperature valves and high-performance valves. It offers a good balance of principle functions with good sealing performance and low stem sliding friction, and can be used on its own in valve applications of up to Class 900.

Fluid temperature: -270 to +455°C

(Packing temperature must be kept at 350°C or less.)
